Refund policy

Digital products, delivered instantly

Every product at Liora Digitals is a digital file that is delivered to you the moment your payment is confirmed, through the order confirmation page and by email. Because you receive the complete product immediately, all sales are final and purchases cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

What you see is what you get

Each product page lists exactly what is included, who it is for and how it works. Please read the page carefully before purchasing. If anything is unclear, email Lioradigitals@yahoo.com before you buy and you will get a straight answer.

If something goes wrong with delivery

If a download link does not arrive, does not open or a file is missing, email Lioradigitals@yahoo.com with your order number. A working file will be re-sent within one business day. Technical delivery problems are always fixed.

Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally buy the same product twice on the same order, email Lioradigitals@yahoo.com within 48 hours and the duplicate will be refunded.

Chargebacks

Because delivery is instant and recorded, chargebacks filed after a file has been downloaded will be contested with the delivery record. Please contact us first; problems are far easier to solve by email.
